Robert Johnson Obituary
Robert McClellan Johnson, age 80 of Franklin, died Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Medical Center in Franklin. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 11am at Crafton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4pm until 8pm Monday and after 6am Tuesday at the funeral home. A native of Todd County Kentucky, he was the son of the late Robert Albert Johnson and Effie Lou Gregory. He was retired from Tyco Electronics in Franklin. Robert was a member of the National Micro Mini Tractor Pullers Association. He loved old cars, riding motorcycles and wood working in his spare time. He was a Missionary Baptist. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother – Boyd Johnson. Survivors include his wife – Vonda Combs Johnson of Franklin; children – Teresa Gayle Stinson (Steve) of Franklin, Robert Daniel Johnson (Janice) of Bowling Green, Micah Dean Caudill (Vickie) of Auburn and Michelle DeAnne Marklin (Tony) of Gallatin, TN; siblings – Linda Brooks of Franklin, Mark Johnson (Beverly) of Franklin, Juanita Medley (Ford) of Woodburn, Kenneth Johnson (Dana) of Franklin and Michael Johnson (Tammy) of Franklin; grandchildren – Madisyn Elizabeth Marklin, Jennifer Danielle Winton (Keith), Rachel Elizabeth Perkins (Brett), Russell Curtis Caudill (Simone), Jacob Vesely and Matthew Alarcon along with 5 great grandchildren.
