Mr. Robert, you were always a shining example to me by showing young men like myself at the time how to carry ourselves like real men with dignity, respect, pride, wisdom and love. I watched and admired you from afar to keep up with that example. Your advice and kindness can only be compared to your brothers. I will miss you and the strength you showed us all in how to live as men. Thank You!

I am still coming to terms with your passing. However, I take comfort in the cherished memories we made together and the time we spent during the final days of your transition. We shared a conversation, watched a football game together, and you kindly praised the meal I cooked for you. I was happy to see you being able to eat. I appreciate the phone calls you made to check in on us, wanting to know what was going on with us, your advice during difficult times, the laughter and jokes we shared, and the birthday cake you baked for me. May your legacy live on, Uncle Robert, and know that we love you dearly. I will see you in the rapture. ~1LOVE Always your Goddaughter~ Jackie

My Uncle Robert loved to cook. But the meal we all craved was his "cush-cush". Uncle Robert was always sharp. His car and motorcycle were always shining. He taught me how to fold and crease,my pants as I watched him fold his band uniform pants. Yes, as a little girl I looked up to my Uncle Robert as he marched in the band playing his sax. My Aunt Odessa gave him the nickname "Sachet" because he stayed smelling and looking good. Uncle, rest in peace until we all meet up in Heaven.
