Robert “Bobby” Tirado, 65, of Lorain, passed away November 21, 2025. He was born February 23, 1960, in Lorain, the beloved son of Roberto and Norma Tirado.
Bobby began his working life on the maintenance crew at Oberlin College before spending more than 30 years with Ford Motor Company. He was a diehard Browns and Indians fan who loved to grill and have bonfires. When he played badminton, he often had a beer in one hand, and somehow still won. Although he enjoyed music from many genres, he was always a rock-’n’-roller at heart. At this time, the words from Mötley Crüe feel especially fitting: “I’m on my way — home sweet home.”
He is survived by his daughters Meagan and Tory his parents Roberto and Norma, and his siblings Edward, Richard and Jeanette.
His family will receive friends at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44055, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 8:30 until 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial. Rev. Father Alexander C. Spenik, Pastor will officiate. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
