Ronald (Ronnie) Steiner Obituary

Ronald (Ronnie) W. Steiner, 70, Union Star, Missouri; passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday February 25, 2026, at his home.


Ronald was born on March 7, 1955 in Union Star, Missouri to Ermal J. and Norma Steiner.   He graduated from Union Star High School in 1973.Ronnie retired in 2020 from truck driving, was also part of Steiner Express, Steiner Herefords, and Fizzle Ridge Farms.  


Ronald married the love of his life Barbara (Bennett) Steiner on July 9, 1988 at the First Baptist Church in Union Star.


Ronald will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all that loved him.


Ronald is survived by his wife, Barbara; His children Racheal (Nakia) Stump, and Steven W. Steiner; a brother and three sisters; Granddaughters Ava and Sutton Stump. 


Mr. Steiner has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 7, at 5 PM at Empire Prairie Community Building of Rea, MO.


 In lieu of flowers, please donate to Mosaic Lifecare Hospice.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Cousin Ron! We were the same age (I turned 71 in January and he’d catch me in March). Mom just turned 97 and only leaves home for doctors visits. our condolences to you Barb and family!! I was proud to have Ron as a relative and you Barb!
