Sheila Salyer

1960 - 2025

Sheila Salyer age 65 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at her residence.

She was born on January 13, 1960 to the late Wilce and Hazel Brooks Stennett and had been a resident of Spring City for 30 years. Sheila grew up in Tennessee and attended school in Cleveland. She loved to cook, read, and go to the beach. Sheila was of the Baptist faith.

Sheila is also preceded in death by her husband Bill Salyer, her brothers Paul Stennett and Carl Stennett, and her sisters Brenda Stennett and Willie Ables.

Survivors include her stepchildren William “Billy” (Karrie) Salyer II of Ocala, Florida, Pamela Anne (Richard Ibberson) Salyer of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Penny Covington of Crossville, Tennessee; and her sister Grace (Johnny) Stiles of Dalton, Georgia.

There will be no services or visitation.
