Shirley Jean Jordan, born March 24, 1943 to Felma and Roxie Bryant, was the oldest girl of seven children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Dallas “Kaywood” Bryant, James “Jeff”Bryant, Albert “Pete” Bryant, and Elton “Ray” Bryant; and her sister, Audrey Bryant Austin.
Shirley Jean was employed by Bon Secours MaryviewMedical Center for thirty years. After retirement, she continued to care for others under private duty.
She enjoyed life and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. She loved spending time at casinos and fishing.
Her survivors are her daughter Keisha Renee Bryant Butts and four grandchildren Dionte Bryant, Kayla Bryant, Shabako Smith, and Madahjji Smith. She is also survived by her brother Grady Bryant, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
