I am heartbroken over a life and caring spirit gone from our lives far, far too soon.
My sorrow however, is tempered with a heartfelt knowledge that Shreya has found an eternal peace.
A peace that warmly permeates her spirit and her memory.
I miss you more and more each day. Your friendship meant more to me than words can express.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Shreya's family and friends.

Shreya was too brilliant and too compassionate for this world. I was never very close with her but this unimaginable loss has rocked me to my core -- she was a role model to me as she was a strong, intelligent, and accomplished woman of color. What a cruel and unfair world we live in. May she have found the peace she needed. Bless her.

Shreya will be missed by all of us that knew her during and past high school. She always had the biggest smile on her face and was one of the brightest people I knew. Rest in peace and my prayers go out to your loved ones.

Shreya, I loved having you as my resident! You only lived on my floor for a semester but I loved talking to you. Shreya, words cannot explain how much I will miss you. I feel extremely blessed that she was a part of my life and I will always cherish the memories I shared with her. She was more concerned about my happiness than her own, as well as her friends and family, and she was a perfect example of what it means to love someone unconditionally. Shreya would go out of her way to make everyone happy and she was the one person you could always rely on. She taught me to never take anyone for granted and always cherish your loved ones because you never what may happen tomorrow. Shreya, you have forever changed my world and I'm thankful to have known you for the 9 months I did. You will always have a special place in my heart and I will always love you, rest in peace.
