Stanley Parham Obituary
Mr. Stanley Ray Parham, affectionately known as “Stinger”, of 9701 Shiloh Drive, North Chesterfield, VA, departed this life on May 6, 2023.
He was born September 7, 1954, in Richmond, VA, to the late Sarha A. Wilson Parham and Hampton E. Parham, Sr. Also, preceding Stanley in death are his brother, Hampton E. Parham, Jr. and sister, Delores W. Parham.
Stanley graduated from Thomas Dale High School, Class of 1973. He was a former employee of Chesterfield County Public Schools Building and Grounds for 13 years and a Heavy Equipment Operator for several companies before retiring with 14 years of service.
He was baptized at Zion Chester AME Zion Church, Chester, VA. Stanley enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Left to cherish the memories of Stanley Ray “Stinger” Parham his sister, Gladys Miller; brothers, Clifford W. Parham and Jeffrey L. Parham; devoted friends, Gary Branch, William Clarke, and Sharon; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Services will be held 3:00 P.M., Saturday, May 27, 2023, in the Chapel of J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc., 102 South Avenue, Petersburg, VA.
