Seems like yesterday when we worked together, shared many good times...laughing, dancing and watching the kids grow. Along with all the other ups and downs life gave us. Your friendship and the memories we made will always be special. As you enjoy your pain and care free future, hold onto the good times as you watch over your family and friends.

Hi Ma,
I was not ready for you to go on the next phase of your journey this soon. I certainly wanted more time. I'm forever grateful that you helped me become the strong person I am today. So I'm sure you're not going to want me to become mired in grief and instead laugh at all the things only YOU would do- like wallpaper an entire room in one day and use that AWEFUL oatmeal paste on the PREPASTED paper, the smell of pickles in the whole house, and taking the wax off the kitchen linoleum floor IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. I know you're watching Christy and I forge ahead as best we can. Thanks for being my Mom and give Pops a hug for me when you see him. Love, your daughter, Tammy

Rest peacefully nanny, you are already so missed. I have so many fond memories from my childhood because of you - from learning how to blot my lipstick to digging through rings and little jewelry treasures. I hope you’re watching over all of us, and that I am able to make you proud. I know you didn’t get to meet him but i’ll be sure to tell my son all about you. Until we meet again

Mom, there are no words that could possibly say what my heart feels. I know you will watch us from the very best seats. You are free of pain and illness and will forever be strong. Please know that I wish there more days with you, and I will forever be grateful for the independence you instilled in me. You will be missed but remembered. My sister and I will stand here together until we meet again.
