Thomas Hart III Obituary
Thomas Chaplin Hart III, beloved husband of Mary Frances Fey, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at the age of 53. Thomas was the loving son of Thomas (Patricia) Chaplin, Jr. and the late Martha Diane (Dennis, living) Hart-Kelch; cherished brother of Elizabeth Kristin (Peter) Guzior; treasured uncle of Colleen O’Connor, Sean (Shari) O’Connor, Vincent Mazzone, Jake Mazzone, Finn Baxter, Douglas Guzior, and David Guzior; and dear companion of his loving dogs: Beeboo, Burl, and Brownie. He was a proud graduate of the Art Academy of Cincinnati and delighted in music, art, and the imagination. Thomas also enjoyed exploring nature and hiking with the dogs. He was a kind soul who will be missed tremendously by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 11th from 9am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Xavier Church, 611 Sycamore St, Cincinnati, OH 45202. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Louie’s Legacy Animal Rescue (a non-profit, no-kill shelter), click here to donate online. I met Thom at our swim club around 6 years ago with his wife Mary and we all became good friends. All 3 of us would walk our dogs together, meet at our swim club to exercise and enjoyed going to concerts. Thom I will always remember you as an extremely patient and caring person. Such a kind soul Thom was, you will be missed.

Loved to see him at the swim club swimming laps and at the gym in my Aqua class. He had a sweet soul ans was so friendly. Prayers for family and friends.
