He is the beloved son of Melissa Fratanduono-Meo and Charles M. Meo, III. Loving brother of Gabriella and Faith. Also survived by his grandmother Joan M. Fratanduono (the late Anthony J.); his uncles James (Lori), Anthony (Melanie), and the late Joseph Fratanduono; his aunt Kellyann, and many cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather Wednesday evening, 6-9 P.M. and Thursday morning, 8-9 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114. Funeral Mass 10 A.M. at St. Anselm Church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Dear Family,
I did not have the pleasure in meeting Tom, but my niece Loralynn had shared so many wonderful memories of Tom. I particularly the video she shared where Tom was dancing. The "goofy-ness" that was displayed showed how comical he can be. That's the memory I will keep of your precious loved one. Praying that your family stay strong. I reached up and held Him tight,

Tom and his sisters were patients at the pediatric office I work at. while I come in contact with hundreds of patients every week, I don't often remember little details about them. Tom however, was different.. his sweet smile and his big brother love is unforgettable.. I will always remember him walking in holding his baby sisters hand. I did not know him, but watching the news day after day made me feel like I did. I can't imagine what your thinking, doing, or how your functioning day by day after what happened to him and his friends.
