Mr. Tyrone De' Andre Phelps age 44 of Dyersburg, TN. died Sunday, August 8, 2021 at his residence. Arrangements are entrusted to McCreight Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021 11:00a.m.-11:55a.m. at McCreight Funeral Home 1607 Hornbrook St. Dyersburg, TN. Funeral service will follow at 12:Noon with Rev. Mitchell Walker officiating. Burial will be held in M.C.C.O. Cemetery in Newbern, TN. serving as pallbearers are as follows; Mike Vaughn, Desmond Bryant, Henry Phelps, Johnny Locust Jr., De'marco Locust, Alan Brandon. Honorary pallbearers are as follows; Montrell Crittendon, James Crittendon Jr. Survivors include; Mother, Janet Phelps-West, Lansing, MI., Special friend, Jennifer Reeves, Sisters; Bridget(Jeff) Light, Adrienne Welch, Dyersburg, TN., Shera Bryant St. Louis, Mo., Talantia Pirtle, Houston, Tx., Ashley Livingston, Newbern, TN., Qu'Nashia Jackson, Memphis, TN., Tarnika Jackson, Humboldt, TN. Brothers; Desmond (Vicky) Bryant, Newbern, TN., Robert Jackson, Sr., Illinois, Dearrius Jackson, Dyer TN. Tyrone was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Pirtle.
