Funeral services for Vivian Louise Rea Hall, age 93 of Marion, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Dean Baptist Church with Bro. Aleck Nyegaard  and Bro. Jed Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow at Reppond Cemetery in Marion,  under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Vivian Louise Rea Hall was born June 30, 1932 to the union of Jess Rea and Pearlie Ray. Vivian passed away December 22 at her residence in Marion. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend. She was married to her loving husband, Ed, October 10, 1956. They were married for 69 years. Vivian preceded her husband in death by only four days. Vivian is also preceded in death by her parents and her siblings: Hazle Tubbs and J.L. Rea.

Mrs. Hall is survived by her children:  Shirley Geary, and Terry Hall; her granddaughter, Shea Meadows (Chris); and her great grandchildren: Cassidy and Cameron Meadows. 

Vivian will be remembered for her love and devotion to her husband Ed, her kindness, and her special way of encouraging others with her thoughtful words. She had a strong faith in her Lord Jesus Christ. She was a long time member of Dean Baptist Church. Her passing will deeply impact not only her family, but also the entire community that she had called home for most of her life.  As long as she and Mr. Ed were strong enough,  they could be found every Sunday morning on their pew at Dean Church. We all will miss her dearly, but we are grateful that she will now be reunited with the love of her life, Mr. Ed.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 30 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service, at Dean Baptist Church
