We were sad to hear of Ms. Vivian's passing , I have no doubt the angels are rejoicing. We stopped thru Mo to see her a few times in the last few years and enjoyed our visits! She and my grandmother Pearl Henderson were dear friends for over 50 years . My grandmother met her when Vivian lived in Arkansas and that friendship continued when she moved. True friendship knows no boundaries on a map. . It had been almost a year since our last visit, but each visit seemed like the last because she made you feel like you were so important and special. She would mail letters up until last year and my grandmother will cherish them. Until we meet again our friend!

Vivian....you were so good to Floyd and my family. It was so good to be around you and Floyd all those years.....you were so downhome with your Missouri sense of humor and ways of enjoying life's simple things. You really cared about people and it showed in your volunteerism. And besides all that, you made the best beer batter fish.

Vivian, You have been one of God's Angels on Earth. I know God's choir of Angels is singing praises of your beautiful deeds on Earth as you are welcomed into heaven. Your love & care of my Uncle Floyd was truly appreciated. Your kindnesses & hospitality to my family will be long remembered. Carl loved your cooking! (Floyd, too.) Everytime I see Reese's peanut butter cup, you come to mind. I thank God for the gift he gave us in your friendship and love over several decades. You made this world a better and more beautiful place.

Condolences to family. Vivian and her Illinois friend Jennie used to attend the School reunions at Huntsville when I would drive them. They were a fun pair of ladies to be taking to class reunions.
