It was a joy and honor to know Mr Guess. He was soft spoken, but every word had depth and meaning. He encouraged others in the faith and didnt mind sharing what God was speaking to him.
We will miss him greatly.

I am so use to referring to him as deacon Guess, calling him Wade feels a bit strange. My husband and I met He and Jackie over 10 years ago. He was always kind and uplifting words to share. I remember when my husband was very sick, they dropped in to check on us that visit warmed both of our hearts. He will be missed... May God blessings and peace that surpasses all understanding surround you ( Jackie) and your family during this very difficult time. Praying for each of you...

Bro' still yet there is a candle that has gone from our family. I will miss your smile, laughter, and your comical jokes you would throw in every now and then. Not to mention your daily bread devotion you shared with family and countless others. I know Mom, grandmom, brother, niece , n other love ones shared a grand reunion with you! My thoughts and prayers are with you all in the home going of Mr. Wade. I had the pleasure of seeing him regularly at S&D Coffee when he would bring us in pallets. This man never met a stranger, always had a smile on his face and a kind word in his heart for everyone. We talked about the Lord on many occasions and he brightened my day numerous times just a true blessing to be around . The world was a better place because of this man and he will be dearly missed by the many people who crossed his path. I am blessed and honored to have called him my friend. God bless you as you go thru this time but glory in the fact that you will see him again one day in heaven...
