Warren Cook III Obituary

Warren "Keaton" Cook III, beloved son of Katherine Paris and Warren Cook Jr. was born September 10, 1993 in Colorado Springs, CO. In March 1995 while Keaton's father was serving in the United States Army the family relocated to Ft. Hood Texas. Keaton is best known for his love of sports. He began playing basketball at age 4 and continued along with baseball, football and track. He attended Harker Heights High School until he became sick and then continued working on his education at Pathways. Keaton had a gentle soul with a big heart. He often played jokes just to see his family and friends smile. On Christmas day our precious Keaton earned his wings and will be forever missed. Rest in peace our precious Angel. Keaton is survived by his two sisters; Kaitlin Paris and Kasandra Hegwood. His maternal grandparents; Christine and Donald Paris. Paternal grandmother; Ginger Seals, his Aunt Lynn Marie and Uncle Jim Paris, along with two nieces; Justice & Jordan, nephew; Jaydon, and cousins; Jessica, Cody and Austin. A visitation will be held Monday, December 30th from 5pm to 7pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Harker Heights. Services will be at 10am Tuesday, December 31st at St. Joseph's Church in Killeen. Services have been entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home. Online condolences can be left at Heritage-funeralhome.com

It is a week already since you left this Earth. May God's angels guide your journey into a much more peaceful and happier time. I am so sorry for the suffering you had to endure here on Earth. You were a very sweet and gentle young man. I will miss your grin. Love you. Miss Heide

Dear Cook Family,
I taught Warren at Liberty Hill Middle School. I remember him as a gentle and kind young man. He was a pleasure to have in class. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I am praying for your entire family during this time.....

Dear Cook Family,
I do not know you but I read about your precious son and his passing on to glory in the newspaper. God added a special blessing by taking your only son into His arms on Christmas day. I shed a tear for you because it is the ultimate sadness for a parent to be separated from their child here on Earth. Ahhh ... but the reunion in Heaven will be glorious!! I pray God will give you perfect peace in this time of sadness.
