Todd made the transition from his home in Grapeland, Texas to his eternal home in heaven when he heard his Lord and Savior calling his name on Friday, December 19, 2025.
Todd was born in Palestine, Texas on Saturday, January 12, 1963. He attended Westwood ISD as well as various other schools. Todd worked many jobs including ranch work, TDC, oilfield, and driving big rigs.
Todd had many interests and hobbies throughout his life such as, riding and competing in horse shows, and bull riding. Among his other interests and hobbies were swimming, hunting, bowling, playing Bingo fishing and of course having a fish fry with family & friends. Todd loved driving down back roads with the windows down and the music up. He always tried to make you laugh and smile with the jokes he would tell… or share through social apps.
Most of all Todd loved spending time with his family and friends; and being there to help anyone in need.
Todd was preceded in death by his grandparents: Waymon & Emalee Minter, and J.W. & Olene Dorn; as well as his parents, W. Lee O. Minter and Jimmie Sue Minter, and his brother Terry Warren Minter, and his Uncle L.B. Minter, and his Aunt Lee Dorn.
Todd is survived by his wife Donna (Bozeman) Minter. His son, Justin Minter ( Nycole), grandson, Bradi Minter, granddaughter, Eryn Minter, and brother W. Lee O. Minter, Jr. ( and family).
He is also survived by his Aunt Glenda Christ of Grapeland, Tx. and Uncle John & Aunt Rose Minter of Oakwood, Texas as well as Uncle Julian & Aunt Jean of Grapeland, Texas, and many cousins, niece, nephews.
Services for Todd will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Sunset Christian Church with Vance Drum officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Grapeland, Texas.

Todd was a very sweet and compassionate person. He was my nephew. I was there when he was born I the Palestine Hospital. He was an adorable baby. He always loved to see his family and friends. When he met Donna they were very happy. When he hurt his back his medical problems kept getting worse. I miss him so very much but I feel I will see him again at Heaven’s gate.

I loved Todd all his life. I wanted a son but God didn’t give me that. I had Todd and his cousins John and Joe. Todd was always full of life and love.

Todd was more like a brother than a cousin. We talked nearly everyday. Loved Todd with all my heart. Will miss our talks.

I remember Todd as a feisty 2nd grader full of life. Donna probably met him at Westwood Primary School. Our sweetest condolences to Ms. Donna and the family.
God bless.
