What a wonderful neighbor! Always a smile and a joke to be had. Bill was always interested enough to ask what was going on in our lives, and we appreciated that. We remember his famous walks around the rural countryside, until it became too difficult. We sure will miss him, and we love you, Ruth and Jim!
