Bill,
I consider myself extremely blessed to have had our paths in life cross. I met Bill in the most unusual way and circumstances. Who knew that in our circumstances two people would meet and become friends? We became friends, we looked out for each other, played cards together, and always enjoyed each other's company. In a place where it is difficult at best to trust others and their intentions is the place where I met Bill and we became very good friends. On my birthday Bill had signed a birthday card for me. His message to me was that he had never had a better friend than me. I had to pause. I re-read his message over several times. Later that day when Bill and I saw each other, he said, "I meant that Michael, no one has been so kind to me and looked out for me as you have." It brought me to tears. Bill you may be gone from this earth, but you and our memories are in my heart forever, my friend. You and your practical pranks brought me joy and laughter in a very dark place and at a very dark chapter in my life. I love you little buddy.

I will be missing you everyday "Bull"; that is what I called my brother when we were toddlers. "Bull" is also what I called him when he passed. Bill called me "Waura". Brothers and sisters never grow old. We know each other as we always were.” Love you so very much "Bully" you get some rest and I will see you again
