Gerry and I were close friends as children in Alliance, Ohio. We played "Batman and Robin" and were the cape crusaders of the neighborhood. It's because of Gerry that I learned to play the trumpet. Sadly, I moved away when only 10 years old. While time and distance separated us, dear friend...I trust you are with God now and your pain is gone. My prayers and condolensces go out to the family.
