Billy, To the Best Man at my wedding, and to the only person who ever drank my contacts!! A story, you ALWAYS reminded me of when we saw each other!! Seems as if I have ever NOT known you, for You were a good friend and a great time, and will truly be missed! I will always treasure our running around days when we were young, at Luckys, at your house, and on the river!
May you forever rest in the arms of our Lord!!

Wow ! VERY SAD news. I am very sorry to hear of the loss of one of my best childhood friends. I have often spoke of and will never forget about all the crazy/goofy things that we did as kids growing up in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Billy Vargo, you were like a brother to me and my brother Don, and were a total, "UNPREDICTABLE" blast. You will, no doubt, be very sorely missed by many, many people. This is indeed, a very sad day. May you R.I.P., until we meet again. Love you brother.

Bill, I will miss you dearly. Many great memories with you. I will never forget you and Mike trying to push a cow out of the road on 88. You never failed to give me a hug and kiss everytime you seen me. It's been many years since then, but I thought of you and spoke about our funny times all the time. You always will be remembered by all who knew you and by me.
