Fran, I am so sorry to hear about Bill. He always had a humble spirit and a godly attitude, and he will be missed by so many people that had the privilege to meet and know him. When he would come to the bank, he would talk about you and the girls, and he was so proud of each one of you. His face would light up as he talked about you. You and your family will be in my heart and prayers, and I specifically pray for God's comfort and peace in the following days ahead of you.

I have known Fran and Bill since 1974. My family and Fran, Bill and kids hung out together on vacations and weekends when they lived in Little Rock. Then when Fran and Bill moved out of Little Rock to East Camden we stayed in contact till this day or year 2024. Bill and Fran are good friends to us. My kids grew up with Kristie and Kimberly. I will miss Bill and his laugh! My heart goes out to Fran and family. I love you guys.
