GREENSBORO- Pastor William Louis Winfield, Sr., 49, passed away on Jan. 1, 2012 at Moses H. Cone Hospital.
His service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012 at 1:30pm at Love Fellowship, 1106 E. Webb Ave, Burlington, NC with Pastor Christopher Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
Viewing and visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. No public viewing will be held other than at the church.
Alamance Funeral Service entrusted with arrangements.

I met the pastor when he came with my brother Benji, to sympathize with us for the passing of our mother. He was friendly and he fit right in with our family. We spoke several times after that when I called to thank him for his words of condolence at our mothers wake keeping, and he later called to ask how we were doing and he took time to pray with us over the phone.
That meeting was a blessing to our entire family. On behalf of my family, I want to extend our sincere condolence to Pastors wife and family. May the angels guide him home to rest safely in the arms of the Lord.
