Wisler Balisage

Wisler Balisage, 58, of Roanoke, commonly known as Ti Big, was born on January 18, 1959 in a town called Acul Basse Terre near the city of Saint Marc, Haiti, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017. The eldest son of Clermelie Saint-Elot and Elibreuil Balisage, Ti Big left behind his wife, 2 children, 18 brothers and sisters.

Wisler left behind a deep vacuum that will be very difficult to be filled. He will surely be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. at Melrose Avenue Seventh Day Adventist Church. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel.
