Yvonne Pfleiderer

1935 - 2023

Yvonne Marie Pfleiderer, aged 88, of Easton, Missouri, peacefully passed away at her home on Saturday, October 28, 2023. She was born on April 9, 1935, to Gilbert and Letha Wiedmaier (Cooper), and was the second eldest of 12 children. Yvonne attended and graduated from Clarksdale High School. Not long after, she met and married the love of her life, William E. Pfleiderer, on October 17, 1958. They spent 44 wonderful years together before his passing in 2002.

Yvonne is survived by her son, Martin Pfleiderer, and his wife, Andrea, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Madison and Alec Pfleiderer. She is also survived by her siblings: Nancy Garton, Robert Wiedmaier, Ronald Wiedmaier, Gilbert Wiedmaier Jr., Diane Crouse, and Donald Wiedmaier. Preceding her in death was her husband, William Pfleiderer, her parents, as well as her brothers James, Francis, Edwin, and Wilfred Wiedmaier, and her sister, Janet Haverkamp.



 Funeral services will be held at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 2, 2023, with visitation beginning one hour prior at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place at Blakely Cemetery after the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Blakely Cemetery.

Yvonne was a member of the Garden Club and Blakley Cemetery board. She had a deep passion for sewing, gardening, and playing dominos. Her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
