Matthew Joseph Campbell
Battle Creek
Matthew Joseph Campbell, age 22, of Battle Creek, died Tuesday November 5, 2013 at Bronson Battle Creek. Matt was born December 20, 1990 in Battle Creek. Matt graduated high school in 2009.
Matt is survived by his cherished daughter, Jazmine Michelle, his mother , Judith Campbell of Battle Creek, his twin brother, Michael Campbell, of Portage, brother, Jake (Emily) Olmstead and their children, Brinley and Braxton, of Zeeland, a sister, Rachel Olmstead, and her children, Tiffany and Alexander, of Battle Creek, Maternal grandparents, David and Mildred (Kopp) Campbell of Battle Creek, aunts, Jackie (Hermo) Quispe, and their children, David, Maria, Patricia, Hermo, Josef, Jhanaj, Yanaq and Victor, of Battle Creek, and Jennifer Campbell of Louisville, KY , his uncle, Joseph (Lisa) Campbell of Battle Creek. Matt was preceded in death by a step brother, Mike Olmstead.
The family will receive friends from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.Sunday at the Bachman Hebble Funeral Service, 223 N. Bedford Rd. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Monday at St. Philip Roman Catholic Church, Very Rev. John D. Fleckenstein V.E. Officiating. I will always remember you coming into class late with your chocolate milk and doughnuts....you were amazing on our own special Sunday baseball games...your smile and contagious laughter will rank high in my memories of LHS. Rest Matt and be safe now....love momma G
