William D. Tass, 72
Mr. William D. "Mr. Bill" Tass, age 72 of Flippin passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. He was born September 7, 1941 in St. Louis, MO to William and Elois Alvey Tass. He married Wanna Hongkampa in 1986 in St. Louis, MO.
Mr. Tass was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired after 28 years of service.. As a Goldwing Motorcyclist, he was active in various organizations such as BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse), the Patriot Guard and RPAC (Riders Protecting All Children). He was always helping others and served as a good role model.
He is survived by his wife, Wanna Tass of Flippin; 2 sons: William "Bill" (Maggie) Tass , Jr. of Seattle, WA and Robert (Queen) Tass of Trussville, AL; 3 step-daughters: Julie Robbins and Sandy Caudill, both of Panama City, FL and Misty Chu of Jacksonville, FL; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Roberta Tass of Norfolk, VA and Sherry Robison of Eldon, MO; 2 brothers: Barry Tass of Norfolk, VA and Kirk Tass of Florissant, MO.
Funeral services, conducted by Reverend Tom Baker will be held 10 AM Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Roller Funeral Home. The public is invited to the service, but interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
