Robert L. Cohee, 74
Robert L. Cohee, age 74, of Cotter, Arkansas passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at his residence. He was born August 17, 1938 in Bawley, California to Russell and Pearl (Taylor) Cohee.
Mr. Cohee married Pat Miller May 25, 1956 in Bard, California. He served in the United States Navy. He was the former owner/operator of the former Cohee Realty Company in Midway, former Chairman of the Arkansas State Republican Party, former Baxter County Judge, former Director of the Arkansas Racing Commission and President of the Citizens for Clean Water.
Mr. Cohee is survived by his wife: Pat Cohee of Cotter, three sons: Dan Cohee of Gassville, David Cohee of Cotter and Don Cohee of Springdale, a brother: Fred Cohee and wife Nola of Golden Valley, Arizona, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: John Cohee.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to Citizens for Clean Water, P.O. Box 1327 Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653.
