Kenneth Eugene Russell, 74
Kenneth Eugene Russell, 74, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at Circle of Life in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born on May 3, 1938 in Iuka, Arkansas to Earshall Russell and Dessie Killian Russell.
Kenneth attended Calico Rock High School, Class of 1956. He was Class President and a member of the Calico Rock Pirate basketball team.
In 1958, Ken married Francis Hicks Russell. They moved to Mountain Home, AR in 1964. After almost 8 years of marriage, Ken and Fran had a daughter, Cloann. Ken worked at Baxter for 16 years. He was also a home contractor. He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mountain Home.
In 2003, Ken and Fran left dear family and friends to move to Rogers to be closer to their daughter, Clo, and her family. Ken enjoyed his role as "Grandad" and loved spending time and attending events with Brittany and Broderick.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, and two brothers. He is survived by his wife Francis Hicks Russell, one daughter, Cloann Russell Butler, son-in-law, Stephen W Butler; granddaughter, Brittany Butler, grandson, Broderick Butler, and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00PM, Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Hunt Chapel in Rogers with Pastor Jamie Lantzsch officiating. Private burial will be in Pinnacle Memorial Gardens.

Dearest Fran,Clo,Steven,Brittney and Broderick, I was so sorry to hear that this day came Friday and have prayed for you all during this really sad time.
