Lea Brown, 85, of Houston, TX passed away on May 30, 2016. Lea was born on June 8, 1931. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother, and one step-son. She is survived by her husband, Cliff Brown, three sons, two daughters, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many extended family members and friends. Lea grew up in McComb, Mississippi and later moved to Houston, TX where she met and married the love of her life, Cliff Brown. She will be remembered for her beauty, kindness, and strength of character. Lea's favorite roles in life were being a wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. Two of Lea's favorite hobbies were world travel and ballroom dancing.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, June 7 at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, Tx 77598. The service celebrating Lea's life will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery on Wednesday, June 8 at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow immediately at the Forest Park East Cemetery.
