died Wednesday morning the 25th of September in Seabrook, Texas. Mark was a devoted father, loving husband, and will be dearly missed.

Mark was born in Beaver, Pennsylvania on the 26th of March 1961 to Merry Virginia Shannon Norman and Gerald Humbert Shannon. Mark was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Maureen Leigh Shannon. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Diamond Shannon and two sons, Jesse Lee Shannon and Cody Wayne Shannon. Mark is survived by four brothers, Matthew Scott Shannon and his wife Jeanne Bidondo Shannon, Michael Allen Shannon, Marshall Robert Shannon and his partner Aleta Beth Cronce, Martin John Shannon and his wife Joy Mosbacker Bowens, a sister, Marcia Lynne Shannon, a step-father, Dan Edward Norman and a step-brother, Andrew Zachariah Norman. In addition, he is survived by loving in-laws, Henry Charles and Melba Fay Diamond, two brother-in-laws, Steven Craig Diamond and his wife Bridgette, Michael Wayne Diamond and his wife Ella and one sister-in-law Deborah Annette Hartley and her husband, Curtis. In the lives of twenty-one nieces and nephews, two aunts, one uncle and six cousins, Mark's memory will live on.

Mark had a twenty year career with Triad Electric and Controls, a part of the Newtron Group, most recently working as a project lead engineer out of the Deer Park Offices. In his personal time, Mark enjoyed spending time with his family, had a passion for growing Bonsai Trees and enjoyed training, agility and showing his Australian Shepard's, Odessa and Kaiser and enjoyed the company of his boxer, Razz.
