December 31, 1950 - October 22, 2011 Michelle was born on Sunday, New Year's Eve, December 31, 1950 in Houston, Texas to Jimmy and Pat Miller. She always loved having been born on a Sunday like her daddy, because of the old saying: "Sunday's child is loving, wise, kind and full of grace." Michelle very much cherished being a native daughter of the state of Texas, and lived there all of her life until moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2009 to be with her family. Michelle became a Christian at the age of 12. She spent her life being a true and faithful servant of the Lord, and played an active part in the church's work as an adult. In the career world, Michelle excelled working in the legal field and aviation industry. She married Jim Kite on August 2, 1974, and they had one son, Jim Stephen Kite. Jim passed on in 2000, and she later remarried Ronald Ronning on January 4, 2011. Michelle always embraced everyone as if she had known them forever. She never knew a stranger. She always made you feel loved, respected and cared for. Michelle's soul was pure and kind, and filled with faith, hope and love. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, sister and mother. She never took those blessings for granted. She poured her heart and soul into everyone and everything. She loved, listened, supported and never once criticized. She made a difference in every person's life she was a part of, and cared so deeply for others. She will be so deeply missed by all those who loved and cherished her. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Miller; her husband of 25 years, Jim Kite; She is survived by her mother, Patricia Miller, son, Jim and wife Chelsea, sister, Jill Hall and husband Tim, granddaughter, Miller, husband Ron Ronning, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and other loving relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11:00am at Clear Lake Church of Christ in Houston.
