1923 - 2019 Jesse "Tino" Madaffri, 95, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019. He was born on February 20, 1923, in Beaumont, to Domenica Mazzu and Vincenzo Madaffri. Jesse worked for the City of Beaumont in the Water Department. He was a United States Army Veteran, having served during World War II. Jesse was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of fifty-years, Maria Salsone Madaffri; son, Jesse V. Madaffri; stepdaughters, Darlene Tydlacka and her husband, Doug, and Patricia Stelly and her husband, Don; granddaughter, Emma Madaffri; grandsons, Dillon Tydlacka and Christopher Stelly and his wife, Cortney; brother, James "Jimmy" Madaffri and his wife, Marilyn; sister-in-law, Mary Lou "LuLu" Madaffri; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-brother, Charles Solano, and brothers, Joseph Madaffri; Roy Madaffri, and Vincent "Junior" Madaffri. Memorial contributions for Mr. Madaffri may be made to , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105. A Rosary for Mr. Madaffri will be recited at 6:00 p.m., with a gathering of family and friends to follow until 9:00 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, at Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1115 Orange, Beaumont, with his interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
