Today, one week ago was your memorial service, & I was told, "oh it will get easier with time", I beg to differ this week has been even harder than the last, I just selfishly wished I had one more day of pain free laughter, and things that was taken for granted, such as time and things left unsaid, just one more !!! Girl I am missing you like crazy. God please heal, strengthen, and cover us with the blood ....

A rip has been torn in the garment – the garment of the collection department at spark energy electric. It doesn’t feel nor look the same because Sharon is no longer here physically. Spiritually she will forever remain in our hearts. Every day we walk in we see her, light skinned, smiles, hears the soft slightly crackly voice and of course that soft black silky hair. First of all, I am going to miss her professionalism, guidance, love and compassion as one of the collections lead. Secondly, sharing the home cooked meals brought back from Beaumont after the visits from her mom and dad. She would bring the food in a margarine container. I told her, Sharon it time to graduate to Tupperware. Last but not least, the organic fruits from the trees and vegetables from her dad’s garden (especially the turnip greens). Mr. and Mrs. Fontenot, David, Taylor and the rest the family – I know God specializes and He can do what no other power can do. Continues to cast your burdens on him because He love you…….Sharon I’ll see you later.

I met Sharon through my husband when they were working at Sierra Bottle Water. To then later reunite when our daughters were in the same kindergarten class until now. Sharon never missed an awards ceremony or program. Her love for Tayor was truly unconditional. Although you may be gone from this earth your spirit will live on forever in our hearts. Gone but never forgotten. Our prayers are with you Greg, Taylor and the entire family.

Oftentimes we say goodbye to the person we love without wanting to. Though that doesn’t mean that we've stopped loving them or we've stopped to care. Sometimes goodbye is a painful way to say I love you. You will be greatly missed!

Words are inadequate to the burden of my heart. I am sad to have lost not only a friend but a sister. I’m honored to have known Sharon in this life, to witness her kindness and sheer genuine generosity and love of people. As I reflect on all the good times that we shared and the tears we have shared over the years, these fond memories will forever be cherished.
My prayers are with you and your loved ones. Rest in peace, and may perpetual light shine upon you.
Until we meet again.
