Barry Arnold Obituary

Barry A. Arnold, 64, passed away on Saturday, February 20, at the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. He resided on Route 67 in Walloomsac.

Barry was born on March 9, 1956, in Bennington, VT son of Elizabeth V. (Tifft) Arnold of Walloomsac, NY and the late Jay E. Arnold. He graduated from H.F.C.S., class of 1974. Barry served in the United States Air Force from 1975-1977.

He enjoyed reading, crosswords, hunting, fishing, camping and time spent with his family.

Survivors other than his mother include his wife Patricia M. (Hunt) Arnold of North Hoosick, step-sons Kenny Holbrook of Hoosick Falls and Patrick Holbrook of Granville, NY, brother Jay E. (Phyllis) Arnold Jr., of North Hoosick, sisters Tina (Bruno) Bilanceri of North Windham, CT, and Robin (Stan) Brownell of Sebring, FL, also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, great nephews and step grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad through the funeral home.
