Allen Fredrick Warren Obituary
Allen Frederick Warren was born January 8, 1950, in Little Rock, the son of William and Nell (Gwyn) Warren. He died in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, March 27, 2015. He was 65 years of age.
Allen was a 1968 graduate of Hall High School in Little Rock. He attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville prior to joining the United States Marine Corps. He married the former Miss Katherine St. Gemme on June 15, 1975, in Cocoa, Florida. Allen was an original employee of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, when it opened in 1971. He met Katherine while working there. They moved to Broken Arrow 25 years ago from Benton. Allen enjoyed a career in the hospitality industry, 25 years in jewelry sales and 7 years as store manager for Rent-A-Center. Allen was a Christian and a member of First Baptist
Church of Broken Arrow where he had taught in the children's Sunday School. He enjoyed traveling, his family and friends, his motorcycle and his work.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Angela
Allen is survived by his wife, Katherine Warren, of the home, daughter, Jennifer and husband, Jason Nichols, Tahlequah, OK; granddaughters, Gemma and Cara. Sister, Alene Martin of Benton, two nieces, two great-nephews and one great-niece.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, at First Baptist Church in Broken Arrow. Pastor Nick Garland will officiate. Burial will be at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander. Services are under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
