otello was one of our favorite patients; he was so nervous when he came to our periodontal office, but he still came and always had a smile on his face, inquiring how everyone was doing; we are honored that he put his trust in us; he was a joy to see and be with, and we will all miss him dearly. our hearts and prayers are with his family at this time.
