Dear Betty and Family:
Among the many fond memories I have of my 35+ years of representing Berkshire Life, my fondness for Bill tops that list.
He was a part of my hiring process, and was always there for me during my tenure as a Home Office employee and General Agent in Worcester.
Berkshire conventions would have never been the same without you, Betty, and Bill. Always warm and understanding, he will always stand out there with his dad as an insurance industry leader.
It was an honor to call him a friend.

Dear Betty & Family,
How sad to read of Bill's passing. I can't imagine my years at Berkshire United Way without him. He was a wonderful friend and an amazing volunteer. This world just won't be the same without him and all of his talents. Everytime I look at his watercolor painting of Lake Tahoe, I think of him and your visit out here in 2003. If there is a non-profit in the next world that needs help, I am sure that Bill will be there leading the charge. He was a great man who leaves an unparalled legacy. He will certainly be missed by all.
