1949 - 2014 LANESBORO Jane Helen Trela Duquette, 64 of 8 Chicopee Street, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Ma. Born on Dec. 16, 1949 in Adams, a daughter of Helen Haroszy Trela and the late Casimer Trela, she attended Saint Stanislaus Elementary School in Adams and was a 1967 graduate of Adams High School. She also attended Berkshire Community College. She was last employed for Berkshire Life Insurance Company as an underwriter. She was a volunteer at Berkshire Medical Center for many years. She was a communicant of Saint Joseph's Church and had enjoyed, traveling, dining out, flower gardening and concerts. Besides her mother of Adams, she leaves two sons, Peter J. Duquette of Irvine, Calif., and Jason T. Duquette of Pittsfield; a brother, Nicholas L. Trela, of Adams; three grandchildren, Tori L., Tyler J. and Paytn A. Duquette. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 29, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. at Saint Joseph's Church in Pittsfield celebrated by the Rev. Msgr. Michael Shershanovich, pastor. Burial will follow at Saint Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery in Adams. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorials in her memory may be made to the Joslin Juvenile Diabetes Clinic in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, Ma. 01201 which is handling arrangements.
