Matthew Massingill Obituary

Matthew Doran Massingill, 47, of Big Spring died Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, at his residence.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, at Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home.
He was born May 14, 1969, in Big Spring and was a lifelong resident of Howard County, graduating from Forsan High School in 1987. He worked in the family business, M & M General Contractors all of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include one son, Michael Massingill; his father, James "Bunny" Massingill and wife Eugenia; one sister, Becky Crane and husband Keith; and a niece, Megan Crane, all of Big Spring.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Kay Massingill; and a brother, Michael Massingill.
The family suggests memorials to the donor's favorite charity.
