Dan was a close friend and brother that I loved dearly and i cherished knowing him from childhood through our adult years. We played Little League Baseball together as children growing up in Henderson County. We graduated together from East Henderson High School in 1977.
Dan and I went on to attend college and joined the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity making us brothers for life. We graduated from North Carolina State University in the mid 1980's. He is truly one of my lifelong friends whom I will miss so very much! He will be missed by all who knew him and he will always hold a special place in our hearts. To his family, friends and loved ones, I pray that the Lord will comfort you and bring you peace during this difficult time.
