I don´t know what thought just reminded me of my gratefulness to the Bulgers. One time when they didn´t even knows me they seen me tired and burnt out.
Was shoveling cars all day on Sunday for the elderly neighbors.
Mary invited me to have a snack and drink and thanked me.
I asked why and she said she was watching my good deed and they never go un noticed and it is true.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your beloved wife Mary, doting mother and grandmother and a valued cousin and friend to all of us lucky enough to have known her.
Mary Bulger was an exceptional person. I have fond memories of visiting her in her home in the company of her dear father Martin(my mother's brother) during my visit to Boston in 1971. She was so kind and welcoming. Indeed, my son Ciarán, who spent some time in the State Senate House at the invitation of President. Bill in the summer of 1986 have spoken highly of Mary Bulger and wishes to be associated with this message also.
We wish you strength and love to help you through this great loss.
May the good Lord comfort you and your family.

Very sorry to hear this. Mary Bulger was an extraordinary person--kind, caring, smart, and able with common sense, good humor, and compassion to help others even if they did not realize they needed help. I will never forget our many conversations in the years we have known her. Our sons always enjoyed stopping by her house after she had made brownies or cupcakes. Our lives are brighter for having known Mary Bulger.
