SURETTE, Robert J. "RJ" Formerly of Shrewsbury and of Gloucester, passed away at his home, on November 9, 2025, at the age of 92, surrounded by his family. In addition to his wife, Eileen; Robert is survived by his children, Robert J. Surette, Edward T. and Joanna Surette, Jeffrey J. Surette and Cathy McCarthy, David J. and Maureen Surette, Marcille M. (Surette) and Joshua Holden, Stephanie M. (Surette) and Mark Brennan, Charmaine M. (Surette) and Shawn Blanchard. His 13 grandchildren, Thayer (Surette) Roberts, Wesley Surette, Meredith (Surette) Perrine, Brendan Surette, Cameron Surette, Stefan Surette, Trevor Surette, Audrey Surette, Joshua Holden, Matthew Brennan, Nichole Brennan, Riley Blanchard and Flynn Blanchard; and five great-grandchildren, Samantha Roberts, Owen Roberts, Tilly Surette, Orson Brennan and Ian Surette. Visiting Hours: A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:00am, Our Lady of Good Voyage Church, 142 Prospect Street, Gloucester. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
