Jody and I want to express our sincere condolences to Nancy and the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
We first met Peter socially through Nancy, but quickly got to know him during many Zaltas/Raider family gatherings.
Professionally, my contacts with Peter were always enlightening. His wisdom, compassion, sound, and thoughtful counsel were greatly appreciated.
He will be missed.

I first met Peter in Wayland in the 1970's when I was on the Wayland School Committee, and his wisdom and demeanor were some of my touchstones as I pursued careers in government and law. I was shocked to learn about his childhood, and it increased my admiration for Peter; if that was even possible. Although our paths crossed rarely in the later years, Peter was kind enough to reach out to comment on an article or two that I had written in Lawyer's Weekly, and I was honored to hear from him when he did. Peter was a real scholar and a gentleman, and Nan and I extend our since condolences to his family, and express our appreciation for having had the pleasure of knowing him.

Mr. Gossels was our esteemed colleague and friend at Weston Patrick for nearly a half century. His devotion to the practice of law and his high standards of personal and professional conduct were exemplary. His passion for helping his clients, and for improving the system of justice, were hallmarks of his career. His passing leaves a void in our firm and in the legal community that cannot be filled. He will be missed by the many members of Weston Patrick, past and present, who had the pleasure of working with him. Our heartfelt condolences are extended to his family, with the hope that his memory is a blessing to all.

I had the extraordinary privilage of having Mr. Gossels as my attorney on a case in 2005. He was so kind, and patient. Simply put; one of the finest people I could ever hope to meet. Your world will forever miss you.
