BONAZZOLI, August G. Of Braintree, May 8, 2009, at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Deborah M. (Nugent) Bonazzoli. Loving father of Blandina Bonazzoli of TX and Daniella Bonazzoli of VA. Step-father of Karen Laitinen and Joseph E. Santoro, both of Braintree. Dear cousin of Richard Bonazzoli of Hudson. Dear grandfather of Stephen McGrath, Shauna McGrath, Nicholas McGrath, Alex Laitinen, Samantha Laitinen, Kaylee Laitinen and Conner Laitinen, all of Braintree. Reposing at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., BRAINTREE until 10 AM on Monday followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period Monday from 9-10 AM. Burial in South Cemetery, Bolton, MA. August was born in Worcester, and died at his home in Braintree, at the age of 66. He was a lifelong Civil Engineer and a Construction Superintendent. August graduated from Lawrence Academy, MA and South Dakota School of Mines with a Degree in Civil Engineering. Member of the Hudson Elks and proud life long member of the NRA. "Augie" was well known for both his avid love of Cod Fishing and the yearly vegetable garden he tended to at his Bolton family farm. Sharing the bounty from his extensive garden and hopefully being able to SHARE a large fish catch with his family and friends, gave "Augie" great pleasure. More than just a generous man, he was a man of great integrity and true humility that will be sorely missed by all of us who knew, respected and loved him so well.
