CAMPBELL, Jessica Leigh Age 27, formerly of Pleasant Valley, and currently a resident of Brookline, Massachusetts, passed away Saturday, June 21st, 2014, from injuries suffered when she and her boyfriend, John Jack Lanzillotti, Jr., were struck by a car while walking in the Back Bay area of Boston. Jessica was born on March 4, 1987 to Veronica and Arthur Campbell. She graduated from Arlington High School in 2005. Jessica attended Northeastern University and graduated with Honors with a degree in International Business in 2010. After graduation from Northeastern University, Jessica made Boston her home; and, was employed by Kantar Retail, where she worked as a Senior Analyst. Jessica was a runner, and was going to run her first 10K on June 22nd. She was also very involved in the French Bulldog Rescue Network (FBRN)--even though she had no dog of her own, and was initially concerned that the other volunteers would think she was weird--for the record, they thought she was fantastic. Jessicas was a writer for the FBRN, who also enjoyed hunting for Frenchie paraphernalia that was used for FBRN fundraisers, and was always happy and eager to help with any project that benefitted her beloved French Bulldog rescue. In addition to her parents, Jessica is survived by her brother, US Marine Cpl. Brendan Campbell; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a multitude of friends. Calling hours will be on Friday, June 27th from 12 noon to 4 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm, at Allen Funeral Home, 1605 Main St. (Route 44), in PLEASANT VALLEY. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Saturday, June 28th at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery Salt Point Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY.
