Dear Susan and Family,

I was saddened to learn of Margaret's passing. I can remember when Susan and I were friends in elementary school and she would make us egg salad sandwiches for lunch after we had come inside from playing and making mud pies in the backyard.

I was touched by her kindness many years later in 2009 when she called me to express her sympathy after my father passed away. Ironically they were both born in 1926. Please take comfort in knowing that she was fortunate to enjoy a long and fulfilling life. Her memories and love will live on in each of you. Thinking of you all during this difficult time.

I had privilege of being Mrs. Perks Home Health Aid for a few years. Right away i knew she was special. I enjoyed her stories, met her family and always looked forward to seeing her. I will miss her dearly, but know now she's in no more pain. My thoughts are with Gordon, Sue and Amanda and hope that all the special memories will comfort you.
