LYDON, Margaret "Peggy" (O'Connor) 80, formerly of Lettermass, Spiddal, Co. Galway, Ireland on Dec. 12, 2015. Beloved mother of Michael and his wife Donna of Marstons Mills, the late Paul and his wife Alice of Wilmington, and Thomas of Newton. Formerly married to the late John Lydon, Peggy leaves 5 adoring grandchildren (Samantha, Joseph, Sean, Liam and Molly) and 2 step-grandchildren (Edward & Valerie), 3 step-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Peter, Maureen, Ann, Patrick, Noreen, Barbara, Bart, Bridie, John, Colm and the late Michael and Martin. Survived by over 70 nieces and nephews. Active member of Our Lady Help of Christians Parish. Visiting hours in the Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home, 365 Watertown St., Rte. 16, NEWTON on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass Wednesday at 10:30 AM in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St, Newton. Burial Private.
