I will never forget TP Elliott-Smith as a Speech Teacher in Chelmsford High School. I know he didn't feel it was his calling to teach 15 year old kids but he made a huge impact on my life.
After I heard his oral history memoir by Jennifer Rudolph I tried to reach out to him to let him know he may not have thought he'd reached us but he certainly reached me! My belated condolences to the family

To the family of T.P. Elliott-Smith:
I had the privilege of working with T.P. for many years at Massasoit since we served as faculty in the Humanities/Fine Arts Division.
I admired his enthusiasm for his students and for the college community of Massasoit.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with T.P. for more than 20 years. He would stop by my office daily on his way to class just to say hello or to pass on something he thought I might find of interest. He was truly a larger than life character who I remember fondly. My condolences to his family, he spoke of you often.

T.P. was a charming member of the faculty at Massasoit. Both my husband Ed Lyons and myself enjoyed the many discussions re literature and the current status of society. He was a gracious man and his sense of the absurd will be missed.
