My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
Earl and Maggie Brown
December 14, 2008
I am reminded of a story my Dad, Earl Brown, told of Julie Dorfman: The Dorfmans and Browns were traveling by car to Canada. On their way back, although prompted to say he was born in the US, Julie said that he was not born in the US. After several hours, they were allowed to return home. My dad always said that Julie was the most honest man he knew. Our hearts go out to the Dorfman family on this sad occasion. (Edith Merlin Dorfman and my mother, Gertrude Yampolsky Brown, are first cousins.)
